Well,My partner and I have lived here for 5 yrs now. They do take HUD as well. Rent is $863.00 per month. We are on a level pay foe elec.Natural gas we get their discount as well. We all have fiuble windows,gas heating,cooking,water heater. The units are wonderful pets ate accepted. Dog walking area,gym,pool,clubhouse,Statersvacross street,CVS,behind us. The rent is gov. Controled and we are gated NON SMOKING EVERYWHERE.We will live here forever its sooo well worth it. We have a 2 bedroom bath and a half and LOVE IT! There is nothing out there that compares. Sooo get on there waiting list you will not regret it.Sincerely Lieutenant Steven Otto. Level pay is great for budgeting as well.glad to help like I said if this place was a normal apt. I would guess the rent would easly be 1500 to 1800 a month. Its truly fare for what we get.

My partner and I are on sce level pay.81.00 a month,gas heat cooking average 13.00well worth it,there is np places that We know of for these prices. Move in do not hesitate.garbage desposal,gas cooking,microwave,double sinks great floor plan. I presume both,or one or they other. 4years ago when I wet through the process. They ask for take home pay, SSI and Hud. Be advised there is a waiting list. But personaly you can not find another place with this much space,pool,clubhouse.The allow pets as well. Laudry rooms there are 5.1.25 wash and dry new clean machines.

There's a waiting list of at least 4 months. When your name comes up, its then you need to take the unit. If you're not ready or you pass, you go back to the bottom of the list. BTW, I have heard from occupants there, that the management is horrible. My mother in law lives there, she hates it as well as 7 others I know personally. Use it only as a stepping stone, if , you must...good luck

Well I would say no. The rules are you hsve to be 55 yrs old or older.This complex is State regulated sorry. But have her call the office on Monday mabe her birthday falls in a month they can do something.
