I just want to say thank you to the staff for helping us through the most difficult decision to make as a pet parent. Everyone involved was Very Compassionate and friendly. Highly recommend this team going forward.

A friend of mine took her cat here as a last resort as there was not any appointment availability elsewhere. Prior to dropoff, she was told by a staff member that the cost could be split into 2 payments. She agreed and dropped her cat off for treatment along with a down payment. When she tried to pick up her cat she was told in a not so nice way that full payment was due. When she asked again about splitting the charge up she was told that she must have been thinking of another clinic. The person on the phone was extremely rude and inflexible and refused to even let my friend speak to anyone else about it. My friend was extremely upset because the same person on the phone told her that if she didn't pick up the cat that she would be charged a daily fee. She also stated that "just so you know, there is nobody here on the weekends". This upset my friend even more. I offered to pay the bill up front and took my friend to get her cat. A gentleman was arriving at the same time we were and the rude girl was behind the desk. She snapped at the guy about not wearing a mask and said there were masks available. I was really taken aback by her tone. No wonder my friend was already upset. The girl next addressed us and told me the total amount due. I confirmed the amount with her and used my card. She handed me the receipt and I noticed an extra charge had been added. When I asked about it she got all snippy and pointed to a tiny note taped to the counter as she rudllely stated that all credit transactions were subject to a 3 percent surcharge. I simply said that is not the amount you told me and is not the amount you confirmed for me before running my card. She got so unhinged and started lecturing me. Needless to say I told her to stop talking then told my friend I would wait outside. My problem was not with the surcharge, it was the fact that she did not mention it at any point before running my card. I have to say that this person has no business working in a customer facing position. I'm certain that given her attitude that I am definitely not the first person she has rubbed the wrong way. The other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's just so sad that a customers first impression is that rude individual. She should seek work elsewhere.

I made an appointment for my kitty, because he had a problem with his left paw. His claw was broken. Anyway, his appointment was for Wednesday, April 6at 9:00 am, husband brought in the cat . No appointment. Just trying to call to tell them how disappointed I was with them. Fortunately, his paw heeled just fine

My beloved cat was 6 years old and 16 pounds and a happy boy. He had crystals in his urine which is common for cats. The cat clinic which I thought was strange had me pay for my services before they were even rendered. Being desperate and trusting I went ahead and use my debit card to pay for the service. He was only supposed to be there two days and as time went on he kept looking worse and worse. Later, I find out that the doctor had been putting the catheter in incorrectly and did not have him on IV. My instinct told me to take him home that Thursday night but the doctor suggested one more treatment. She called me the next morning at 7:30 to tell me he had passed. Then immediately asked me if I would like to pay for an autopsy. I feel with reading the reviews that are precious babies may be worth more dead than alive. Read the reviews and know that Dr Diaz is on probation.

Questions & Answers

My cat just delivered 1 bady that was die and another 1 that is currently eating and that is all. But I feel like she still has badies to deliver. What can I do to help her give birth to rhe rest of the kittens if ahe has any at home?

Please get your cat spayed, there is no reason whatsoever to let her have kittens.

Are teeth extractions the only way to help stomatitis my cats drooling a lot when he sleeps

Unfortunately, at this time, that is the treatment.

Hi I am the proud parent of a 1year old tortuous tabbie Female (recently spayed) the issue I am having currently is due to her over the head cone for after the surgery so she won't pull/dissrupt her Sutures. She WILL NOT LET MYSELF OR ANYONE put on.

If she does not have any external sutures you will most likely be ok without the cone. You can put Preparation H around, but not in the incision line. That should deter her from licking in that area. Otherwise, I would suggest that you go to You Tube and search for videos that demonstrate how to put an e collar on a Kitty. Or take her back to the office where her surgery was done and have the staff show you and place the Collar.
