Depending on who you get. One who knows what they are talking about and does it correctly OR you get the one who knows nothing and you have to tell them how to do it. Visit can be 10-15 mins with a good one. To all day for other.

Had to go here I needed to get a rejection letter but they make you give them all this private information that they can't prove will not be hacked. Just to get a letter saying you don't qualify. "I just wanted them to say you don't get anything"

You can apply online or in their office on Perez rd.
They bought me a ticket & I'm now in Missouri!
You can go to benefitscal.com and make an appointment there or get your worker's number from there and call.
You have to look for them OR you can have them go online and do it. Mostly outside Wal-Mart or Social services building. Make sure it is ASSURANCE WIRELESS ONLY! The others are not Unlimited Free everything. The others you will use data in 1 day then have to purchase more. Assurance is FREE UNLIMITED! The one outside of Castenadas is NOT Assurance Wireless. Do not get one from her. 99.9% of the time Assurance Wireless has a Blue canopy, says Assurance Wireless on it

do i need an appt to come in and ask questions about some possible help for my husband and i ive had a stroke and my husband, nearing 90 yrs of age just fell and broke his collarbone and a rib. is there any help available to us.?
California has a program whereby you will receive a free cell phone, free calling, free text messaging, and dpending on the provider, free Internet if they offer smart phones--assuming you are "low income" and qualify. California's idea on low income is fairly high, so most low-wage workers, and almost all SSI recepients will qualify. I forget the website, but Budget Mobile, my provider, offers all of the above right from their website--which you may reach from a computer at any public library. Just be sure that the provider you choose has the best offerings, as they vary from company to company..
