Wow Yes they are low income apartments but the person in charge over there is literally so horrible her name is "Rosa" She lives in the apartments all she does is literally pick anything that is wrong with the apartment as small as it is and complains about it. I only lived there for 1 month and i have some bussiness that i need to do with her and i cant never reach her. I wonder what is she doing with all the time because when i lived there she was all up on our bussiness now that i have some issues to work out with her just because i dont live there its literally impossible to reach her. Either she is hiding or isnt doing her job. 0/5 stars they need to check their staff honestly
