Edit: After a year of living here the previous issues have improved significantly. Communication is much faster. They respond to emails within a day or two and consistently answer the phone. Maintenance is quick as well! Initial review: Horrible communication, slow maintenance time. We've been living in a Harman Rental property for 11 days. --A few weeks ago we filled out an application. They let us know we were approved and would send us the contract to sign and then it was ours. Days go by with no word, so we began trying to contact them--multiple calls, emails, and texts every day for a week. We gave up thinking it was a scam and were frantically looking for another apartment, as we were moving states in 3 weeks. At the end of the week they called back, surprised that no one had responded or sent us paperwork. We received the contract a few days later. --The week of move-in I began calling to get information about obtaining the keys. Repeat the above process of calls and emails over days before anyone called me back. --Move-in day: The keys do not unlock the door. It took over 2 hours trying the after hours number to get a hold of someone to get us a key that actually worked. --The condo itself was in great condition. But the fridge, the dryer, the dishwasher and a shower head were not working. We sent in that maintenance request on Sunday. No response. We called, texted and emailed excessively, finally someone from maintenance showed on Friday, left for parts and never came back. Now it's the following Wednesday and with multiple calls and emails each day we're getting no response back. While the maintenance repairs are important, more importantly I would simply like someone in the office to answer my calls, or return my voicemails and emails. Their lack of communication has been ridiculous. In their favor, the apartment is in decent condition and a fair price, hence the 2nd star.

Harman Property Management..' are the best Yes the best. Friendly stuff and kind. They do what they advertise " WE HELP YOU MINIMIZE YOUR STRESS ".indeed for my family and I They did. We walked in one day to apply for a an apartment unit. In 48 hours we received a call from them and told us we got approved. 😄😄😃😃 What a stress relief...after looking around for day's with different Property Management. Whenever we went to checkout a place. They're was 5,6 other people doing so. At Harman Property Management.!! They do take care business, they do take care of people They do care..! We want to thanks them for making it happen for us my children's, my wife and I. You guy's are the " BEST..👌 " 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 here we give you 10 stars.
