Went in to have a gaming PC built. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They got me the PC fast and it was exactly as promised. Would highly recommend

I only called in, but they gave me a generous serving of information on the subject of my request. Very kind of them indeed. I love a good nerd knowledge session!

They broke my laptop screen & wanted me to pay for it. We brought my laptop in because the hinge on the screen had come loose - the glue dried out. The rep takes the computer, and proceeds to try and close the screen (for some unknown reason), causing the screen to shatter. Its pretty obvious applying pressure to a laptop screen is going to cause it to break. Their solution? Have me buy the identical computer on ebay for $500+ and have them replace the screen. What would have literally been glue became $500+. And because they shattered the screen, the warranty has been voided. Because they were careless, I am now out hundreds of dollars without any viable solution. Their computers are excessively expensive, and their repair folks don't know what they are doing. I'd recommend steering clear of PC Laptops.

Went in just to browse for fun and see how competitive they were as far as price goes. Looked at a system and was blown away by how they wanted over 1000$ more than the cost of the system. When asking about it the sales rep said they would take 100$ off "because we love you!" in some snarky tone. I laughed and left the store.

I've only seen them take a used laptop as a trade in. It's a little like trading in your old car. They will then apply a portion of your old computer's value as a discount to your new PC Laptops computer.
Go see Adam at the Orem store and he will take great care of you. They will give you money for the laptops you have to put towards a new one. The best part, and the value behind the high cost of PC Laptops is the lifetime warranty, literally like a no worries coverage for your laptop or computer. Adam had worked some serious miracles on one of my incredibly old desktops. He is the epitome of the pc laptop moto.
Have you tried turning it on and off again?
I would definitely call and ask that question.
Yes, but more likely than not it'd b cheaper to buy a new one then hav ur hard drives copied.
I don't know what iTunes has to do with gaming. "Gaming Gamer", their base model is around 700$ for a standard computer. They make the best computers in my opinion. however if you want a really awesome gaming desktop from them I would take that 700 and use it as a down payment for a really good computer. they have really awesome ones starting in the 1200$ range.
