Good selection and decent prices. But the customer service is spotty. Once in a while you get a stellar associate, but most of the time they are hobnobbing and giggling with each other and you have to awkwardly go up and interrupt them to get assistance. This seems to be worst at the little counter behind hunting/fishing. There is always a gaggle of workers hanging out there while you wait at an empty gun counter or stand at the display cases wondering what a scope costs. There managers who wander around incognito are part of it, too, many times. It's very annoying.
