My panel have been off-line since February 2022. I was told that a new panel would be sent out (May 6, 2022) after doing some trouble shooting, which I never received. One agent told me that as soon as a tracking number was assigned the panel would be mailed out. Weeks past, no panel! The next agent, told me I would receive a credit for the months that the system have been off- line. Weeks past, no credit. The last agent I spoke to told me that I would not get a new panel unless I renewed my contract, even though I still have a year left on my current contract, which means my equipment should be covered. And there was nothing he could do. At that point I knew what I had to do. Any who, I did a stop payment with my bank and they are no longer able to get another dime from me. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS SO CALLED ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!
I have been having the same issues. Worst customer service ever!! They refuse to come and fix the issues themselves, do not discount your bill when their service won't work, and refuse to let you out of your contract without paying huge fees to do so.
