The person at reception is giving me a hard time at checking in around noon. She says she is the manager & she won't try to have a room. Could I ask to speak to someone else with authority?

They told me the check out is 11 but they would extend it to 12. I think it's the policy in general in hotels. They would charge be fur quartered it hair a day, I don't exactly remember, had I had to stay till 3 or 4 pm. I didn't need to talk to managers, but they were out of coffee for a few days and didn't provide alternative solution. The hotel is nice and comfortable to me. The staff are friendly, but there policy is not flexible.
