You misunderstand the question. Coffee is, in fact, still available. Crops are good. There is no shortage or expected shortage of America's favorite brewed beverage. The people Animal Control work hard and probably do not get paid anywhere near as much as they should. Perhaps on your way there you can stop at Starbucks, where coffee is available, grab a picture of coffee and bring it with you to share with those hard-working Folks at Animal Control.
