Can you access the High Line from somewhere in the 40's or must you enter at ~ 30th street?

There are several stair cases and elevators for special needs along the high line

No access past Hudson Yards at 33rd.

There are various entrances to the High Line. Both elevator & stair access. Nothing available in the 40s. We accessed the Highline after leaving Chelsea Markets. ,30th street Hudson Yards where a ramp is located. There is elevator access on the southwest side. Great views from the High Line and an easy path. The Edge observation deck is nearby which is great too.
