Before 12pm no reservation needed just walk after e ticket is fine.

It's a public walkway with NO tickets and no entryway/entry stalls. You can access the High Line from a number of different points, belt Chelsea Market to the streets below. If.spmeone is selling tickets, it's a scam.
E-ticket is good.
High Line doesn't have tickets but Little Island does. You can print but they only are needed if it gets over crowded.
