I do not think so. There is a volunteer like table with brochures near the 🚻 restrooms near Chelsea markets. The problem is the where can enter or exit. Now there ate designated staircases

I don't think there is a tour but there is no need for it. The walk has boards the provide details about the art, insects and plants along the walk.
