Hello, we have a monthly utility fee that covers water, sewer, trash removal, landscaping, snow removal and parking. You're responsible for electric, internet, and cable.
There's also a set fee for water/trash depending on size of apt. It's not much though - $15 i think for my 1 bdrm. if pets - pet rent too.
