Great quiet secure community the only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t grill in the summer other than That no Complaints management and maintenance were always helpful and fast to service I miss my apartment already!! Needed more space that was the only reason I moved.

I moved from out of state & was nervous about the transition. But Chris made the process VERY easy. He was quick to respond to all of my emails & super friendly. In the short time we’ve lived here they have done A LOT to make this place better. Highly recommend!

Steadfast company has sent me to collections stating that I owe 62 cents for an outstanding electric bill after I moved out. Hard to believe but the electric company actually sent me a refund check, so if I owed them money I would not receive a refund check. Upon giving them this information I was told to contact the individual property by the billing/collection center and vice versa from the office. They are charging me $50.62. 62 cents for the supposed outstanding bill and 50 for a fee for having an outstanding bill. This is immaterial even if it were true. A competent accounting department should know that. I have no solution and was told the bill was being sent to collections. I will be disputing.

I have to say that Harrison Place is beautiful and well kept. I had visited other apartments the passed few weeks and this is by far the best. I didn’t have an appointment however, Amy greeted me and talked to me as if we were best friends. Although their prices were slightly higher than I wanted to pay, she went as far as looking online at other apartments in the area! She even told me about the other sister properties. The other sister properties were in my price range but, farther than where I want to move. I have to say Amy went ABOVE and beyond! I have never has this experience before anywhere. If their prices go down when I need to move I will absolutely move there. If you’re in the market, ask for Amy she’ll take care of you!
