These scammers damaged my car while it was in their care and are now trying to get me to pay for a more expensive repair after replacing my tire. Update: I called the number in the below reply several times. They do not answer or call back. I have left several messages as well.

Without question, the best service I have ever received from any company, anywhere...hands-down. I would give 10 stars if I could! I've had them put new tires on 4 or 5 different cars and they always are quick, reasonably priced and very professional. I've had them mount and balance tires I didn't even buy there twice. The manager did the first set for free because I've been such a frequent customer. This last visit, the tire was faulty and blew out when they inflated it. They took it upon themselves to go to 2 other locations and hunt down a replacement which they put on and didn't charge me for. I didn't even buy the original faulty tire there, but they replaced it for free!!! No one else will ever get my tire business from now on! Stop in and see these folks - you won't be disappointed!

I made a same day appt in the morning to get my alignment checked out. My appt wasn’t until 4pm, so there was enough time to let me know if any issues arose. During the registration process, I also didn’t select the ‘Drop off Car’ option. Upon arrival, I was informed that although I had an appt, I wouldn’t get in at my appt time and I would have to drop my car off as they didn’t have enough mechanics. My rating is based just off the courtesy of the rep I dealt with and the fact that a simple phone call, could have saved me the trouble and I could have made other arrangements.
