When greeted on the phone the first girl was not necessarily on the head with the customer service, we got asked more than 4 times our phone number while trying to place the order, and then were hung up on while again stating the same phone number. We call again and were met with another young female who in response to our comment about being hung up on replies “well that wasn’t me, can I please get a phone number”, we again state the phone number and then we are immediately hung up on for the second time. When ordering in person I asked for a manager to address whoever is answering the phone and the girls (Julia & zoie), refused to come to the front of the store to address the situation with while they stood in the back door giving me and the rest of my party nasty looks. The manager and assistant managers were extremely understanding and helpful, which was greatly appreciated after trying to order for about 30 minutes.

Worse experience ever. We ordered teriyaki and medium wings. The food came out cold and too tough to eat where it had been under the heat lamp too long. The fries were too done you couldn't eat and lukewarm. Once our server delivered our food she went MIA. We had to go get a manager to fix our order. We sent the wings back and they did come back warmer but still too tough to eat. We changed the medium to mild.and they came back medium still. Our server checked on us maybe 2x the whole time.we.were there. She brought us another round of drinks and brought husband back unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. I was very disappointed especially when it cost so much to begin with.

The server spilled water on the table and a chair just after we were being seated. When the food arrived at the table the food was like warm at best. We enjoyed the spicy sweet chili sauce, mango habanero and Nashville hot sauce on our boneless wings. Sadly, our server forgot to place an order for our granddaughter, and only found that out when the food was brought to the table and hers wasn't even there. To make matters worse, when we received our bill it someone else's and it was already paid for. Good grief. So many errors at the slowest part of the early lunch service.

Overall ok! Food taste well! Fries cold and server kept on getting drink refills wrong. Did not get fries when ordered and said he apologized and he put the order in. Fries never came out. Waiter tried his best. Think the kitchen was slow/under staffed!
