Went through the drive through this afternoon. Asked for the new burger and silence. Asked if there was a problem and the person taking the ordered sounded confused. So, I told him to cancel the burger and I would order a couple of simple beef and cheddar sandwiches. Pulled up to the window and was asked if I ordered different combo's. I said no. That's probably the car behind me. They gave me my 2 sandwiches and I drove home. The amount of beef was minimal on both sandwiches and tough. Their quality of service and product continues to decline. Very disappointed.

Whoever was working at the drive thru tonight 5/5 @ 9pm needs a lesson in customer service along with the individual who hung up on me when I called and asked for the name of the manager. I sat and waited for 5 minutes before saying “Hello”. I waited and said “hello” again, still no response so the last time I yelled it wondering if perhaps they were closing when the lady came over on the speaker and said “Ma’am I hear you, you don’t have to yell in my ear!” I’m thinking to myself why didn’t so simply say “I’ll be with you in a moment!” 🤔 I just drove off cause ain’t no way I’m gonna have someone rude make my food 😡. So I called to ask for the managers name and was hung up on… I Work in customer service every day all day and I can say that was unprofessional and uncalled for, if you don’t like your job QUIT!

Went to get lunch today. Opted to go there after seeing that they weren't busy. I soon found out why they weren't! I ordered a Beef 'N Cheddar Combo. Instead of getting what I ordered, I got a dry, cold beef sandwich without the cheese or Arby sauce and subpar customer service. 3 out of 5 for getting my drink and fries correct. Thanks Arby's!

Enjoyed the New Beef N Cheddar Bacon sandwich. This is a ' limited time offer '. I had the meal deal. The employees were friendly and very helpful. They have several different sandwich meals. The place was clean and orderly. I will be coming back.
