For the most part, there's no complaints with this location. Any time something may be wrong, they have great attitudes and fix the issue.

Even short-manned this place is losing customers left and right. I chose to try this place again. From the window they had 1 car and 4 in line to order ahead of me. It took nearly 20 to get to the speaker outside. Told to wait.... another 10 min until he took the order, and 10 more to get it out to me. No customers were inside, and he was standing at the window on his phone. Didn't even walk around a corner. This place isn't even trying anymore. But it is still better then it's neighbors.

The food was very good but the staff was even awesomer. They were very friendly and very fast the food was hot and oh so good. The macaroni and cheese they definitely should keep it was really good. I give this Arby's a 10/10 This Crew is my favorite crew on Kentucky Avenue keep it up guys you're doing great

So Far, So Good, I've been there only a few times. The first time I went I got a the Reuben which was amazing. That's really all I've gotten but the sandwiches are good, the service is a little slow but what do you expect for something that is supposed to come out fresh. Not many workers on site. Or with great customer service.
