Website says they are open until 10pm but staff will not respond to drive through at 9pm. Cars driving off. If they close early, they could at least shut off the drive through lights. Go to the McDonalds at 86th and Ditch for better service!!

Had to wait over 20 minutes for a curb side pick up. Doors we’re locked so I couldn’t go in. When asked they said “short staffed” which may be true but they also are incorrectly prioritizing drive though and not curbside. Plenty of cars rolled through while I waited. Was apparent drive through was a mess too with lots of people honking at the pickup window. Will avoid this location in the future

Sure to help and employees talking on the phone and not doing their work. I had to order my food on their order display good thing I had money on my charge card I wouldn't have gotten service because they didn't have anyone at the cash register they were telling everyone they had to order basically online in their store poor service

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Freaking worst McDonald's I've ever been to and that's saying something. 5 cars in drive thru and It took over 20 minutes to get up to the speaker to take my order. Seriously?! I finally place my order and when I pull up to the window the cashier is talking on her cell phone. I sit for another 3 minutes because she can't be bothered to pause her conversation which is very obviously with a friend based on the conversation. 30 minutes since arriving I finally get my food. Don't go here unless you don't mind waiting a stupid amount of time.
