I’m not one to write a negative review, especially considering how short-staffed every place is. However, this location should seriously consider lowering the menu prices to coincide with the wasted gas by the time spent idling in your car in the drive through! I ordered through the app and since the lobby was closed. I tried to call in, thinking maybe I’d be able to have it handed to me while I parked but nobody answered. Called 3 or 4 times and it just rang all the way through. Sat in the drive through for over 45 minutes just waiting. My time would’ve been better spent just parking my car, walking over to Kroger, and just getting something from there.

I have never experienced such rude staff at the drive through. I gave it a few chances in the last couple weeks but the rude service is too much. I will not be visiting this Arby's again. Its a shame because the food is good. But you're so stressed by the time to get through the window you dont want to vist them again. Maybe some additional customer service training could help. Possibly teach how to take more than one order every 10 minutes. Where is the manager? They have to be hearing the window staff.

Waited 20-30 minutes when there were literally 2 people in front of me, and they didn't have huge orders, order a chicken bacon Swiss plain and they literally just gave me a piece of chicken between two buns. No bacon, no Swiss. But of course they still charged for bacon. Plain generally means no lettuce, tomato, or sauce. Then they didn't give me a straw, and it's not like I'm gonna wait another half hour through the drive through to try to get one, so... yeah. Awful experience

Not Perfect WOG

They didn't have drive thru open so you had to go inside. Unfortunately they appeared to be short staffed. I ordered the Mac and Cheese and sauce was too think and noodles too soft.
