This is the first fast food restaurant that the entire staff was so friendly. A guy named Rico took my order and I was $0.40 short and he covered me. There was no degrading or making me feel small in any kind of way. The manager's name was Candice. She was VERY friendly. Sometimes managers won't even look at you let alone come out to the lobby make conversation to make you smile. This Arby's was like no other. If you need a pick me up in your day I highly suggest going to that location.

Employees were helpful and friendly and did everything 2 make sure it's right. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they discontinued the potato cakes. LOVE when they have coupons

I lost my receipt with the survey code, so I had to leave a review. Jerry who was working the front counter was so cheerful and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and food was delivered timely!

Came to the drive thru at 11:45pm for the worker to tell us their "system was down". Then we got stuck in the drive thru because cars were behind us and cars in front of us. For the car behind us, an automated message at the drive thru said they were closed. We had to wait in line forever watching everyone in front of us get their food.
