This is a shame that this is called a Chick-fil-A. NO ONE said, “My Pleasure” and honestly that’s not the big deal but they didn’t do the Chick-fil-A rewards and I even used the receipt and couldn’t use them. Worse of all, the cashier told me, “I don’t even like eating Chick-fil-A. I hate it here. I support Chick-fil-A wherever I go. I will not buy from this one again.

I can say that I smashed that filet I used to work there but management wasn't that great. So I only work for 2 days but I was so awesome there they paid me for three. Yup don't talk about it be about it. I promise you now I'm in a better place...

This location is inside the Indianapolis airport outside of security. Steven was very helpful and kind although the woman whom I believe is the manger was incredibly rude and curt to all the other employees and customers. She directly laughed at a customer for being 12 cents short for his meal that another customer graciously supplied. She then proceeded to bag my food incorrectly, we only received one of our two orders, and loudly yelled at me that “we outa ranch” and thrust the bag into my hand. We expect higher quality service from chic fil a which is why we went out of our way to eat here in the first place.

The “Waffle Fries” I got were just little bits of fries. Some very hard and crisp. Service was a little below average. First time I’ve ever seen a 2 star Chick-fil-A.
