I've avoided doctors as they don't seem to listen or care and are always in a rush. This is not one of those places! My first experience is everything I've been looking for in a doctor's office. Covered all the bases, medical history and concerns and made me feel comfortable. The wait was not long at all. I came on a Tuesday. The entire visit took approximately an hour for a first time patient. I highly recommend this place. Kudos to Dr. Vitale and staff!

I called in this office in maspeth office for a mutual patient carefully read it people. I gave the office assistant the pt date of birth and name 3 times , she said to me patient not in the system she does not have her as patient. i called patient she told me she been going there for 7 years LORD HAVE MERCY..PEOPLE WHO DO KNOW WELL WHAT THEY ARE DOING THOSE WHO WENT to SCHOOL AND TRAINED WELL HARD TO FIND A JOB. NOWADAYS PEOPLE HIRED MEDIOCRE FOR LESS PAY RATE I GUESS.NO OFFENCE SERIOUSLY

Far from professional when I have an appointment in advance and I see people walking in after me that are taken before me, then I have to wait 2 hours that's enough for me to dismiss them.My time is valuable

Don't bother making an appointment it's first come first served insurance or not. $65 for an hour wait just to get a prescription rewritten?? It's not a head doctor I need
