Everybody is great but I don't like the fact I keep seeing ppl bringing in their pets. It's not a vet clinic. Ppl are allergic to certain things especially animals.... If you not blind why is a dog in a medical center. Next I'll call ASPCA.

Extremely disappointed with this place! They fail to let you know ahead of time that you cannot be seen when doctors leave early and turn patients away even when it’s their errors in scheduling I was turned away twice! I missed out of work and in my frustrations rather than attempting to defuse the situation the Manager decides it was a good time to intervene in correcting how I express myself. Rather than fixing the problem at hand and understanding the patient she adds fuel to the fire. My family has been leaving this place as they find doctors closer to their areas. It’s a huge loss being that over the years I have recommended over ten people of which 3 have left so as we continue to find doctors we will leave this awful place. And please don’t send me your fake sympathic messages like you send everyone else on here acting like you care. If you ACTUALLY cared you would have handled the situation differently in person when you had the chance! I really hope Oleg realizes how many patients he has lost and continues to lose because of your poor management and communication skills.

There is available parking for patients, around the corner from Medex, up to 2 hours for free. Otherwise, there is 2 hour meter parking on the street for 2 dollars. Also, you can park in a parking lot for a fee.

Hummmm Well the doctors are great.....Only one front desk person is very professional The rest of the staff need customer service training The medical records department is ALWAYS LOSING MY DAMN CHART!!!! OR THEY GIVE THE WRONG CHART!!!!! I THINK I'M GOING TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO BE SEEN
