Cannot recommend Parsley enough/more than I already have! Finally a robust practice that prioritizes their patients’ care AND experience. If 10 stars were an option they’d get them!

I just wrapped up a year with Parsley and it was helpful but definitely frustrating. Pros: -Email access to dr/health coach, although responses can sometimes take several days -Knowledgeable practitioners although not always up to date with specific conditions if thats not their area of specialization -My specific condition is definitely better but still exists. Cons: -Had a great Care Manager (Coordinates care between dr/health) for the 1st 6 months and then they assigned me to another one without communicating that to me. She was horrible, needed constant follow up, took days to respond back to me, and at times I felt like I was doing her job. Things were left off of the labs for blood work repeatedly and more recently I had a lab that needed to be split up because of the size and the 2nd lab order had repeat tests for markers that had already been done. This resulted in unnecessary blood being taken and extra charges all of which was noticed by me and not by the Care Manager when she split it up. - Messaging on their website portal is poorly set up. No search feature, no ability to include images, limit on characters per message - Appointments are short. The first 2 appointments with your doctor are an hour long which works great but thereafter remaining visits are only a 1/2 hour long. Yes, you can 'buy' additional time for upwards of 200 dollars. - Appointments with health coach are also too short. 1st one is 45 minutes long which is fine but thereafter only 30 minute visits. - Between blood work and other tests spent thousands of dollars outside of what I paid Parsley - it got expensive really quick. Overall I spent A LOT of time managing my care with them and following up on things which makes sense to a certain extent but for how much the program costs there needs to be better management & responsiveness.

I started with Parsley in the spring of 2022 and give them 5 stars, all the way around. I am no stranger to Functional Medicine. The doctors and coaches are cut above what I have experienced elsewhere - excellent listeners, asking great questions, and very clear with instruction. Both, my MD and Health coach are extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. I've implemented the dietary and lifestyle changes recommended and feel a substantial difference in just 2.5 months. I trust this practice. I've sent my sister, (who has some serious chronic health issues) as well as two good friends with several health considerations. The care is unequivocally great regardless of the MD/Coach or condition - across the board. Lastly, I like the philosophy of Parsley's founder - Dr. Berzin - who is moving heaven and earth to make functional medicine available to all; as a nurse, I see the nobility of this and really appreciate it. I highly, highly recommend Parsley.

I joined Parsely last year after several years of suffering from chronic digestive health issues. I was passed along by many doctors saying my issues were related to anxiety and saying my unintentional weight loss was because of a disordered approach to food. I had to defend myself and argue that I love food, I love to cook, I have a huge garden of vegetables, I simply can’t seem to digest any of it! As the food intolerances worsened I decided to reach out to Parsely and connected with Dr. Chellam. It took some digging, but she LISTENED. After some work, we found out that I had an h. Pylori infection and as a result of that Candida overgrowth. I still have a ways to go, but I’m finally getting my health back. I also worked with Jessica as my health coach and she is wonderful too. I strongly recommend Parsley and Dr. Chellam.

It depends which plan you choose I believe they run anywhere from $79 a month to $122 you sign up for one year if you pay at once it saves significantly or you can pay monthly. Check out their website and plans for accurate info. You may be able to just go once annually for extensive blood work and that may be even less.
