Service is always slow no matter how many people are working. The food is okay--never warm enough. The only reason i dont give it a lower rating is because the managers and most of the employees are always nice and try their best to help.

The restaurant was absolutely FLITHY! My mom and I stopped here to use the bathroom and grab something to eat on our trip and it was a terrible choice. We went to the restrooms and only one of the three stalls was useable because there was toilet tissue all over the floor in the others and pee on the toilet seats. The one stall that was useable had a trash can in it that was overflowing! We went to place our order and when we were standing at the counter ordering three employees were standing in the drive thru and cussing at each other. We went to go find a clean table to sit at and EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY!!! There were dirty shoes under a table in the lobby as well. It was absolutely disgusting. We found the cleanest table we could, thankfully there were only two of us and we didn't need a large table. My mom was waiting at the counter for our food and when she finally got it, her double cheeseburger had a crumpled and broken bun. She took two bites and we ended up throwing it away because we were grossed out. Ive worked in fast food before and this was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE employees! One of the girls at the pick up was being irritated towards me even though I was being kind to her and speaking to her respectfully. She didn't put one order in. Which i didn't know until at the pick up window...Nothing came up on the screen so I couldn't see what was exactly ordered. Should of been a red flag. Manager was very nice though. So thank you for that.
