I just want to take the time out to say thank you so much to Jeff in maintenance for coming to fix my AC and all issues I ever had with my unit throughout my time here at Brookwood. He’s always respectful communicates issues that went wrong in my unit and let’s me know the next steps. Thanks for all your hard work and thanks management for all your hard work as well!

I do indeed have an eviction on my record. I filed bankruptcy last year & it was discharged on January 4th. I called Brookwood to began my fresh start. I called the office & was told that I can have an eviction as long as it's paid off & no money is owed to a landlord. Ok. I applied for a 3bdrm unit & paid the application fees & a $100 hold fee. Sent over check stubs for employment verification & all. Office staff called me & asked for proof that my bankruptcy was discharged & that I owed no money to anyone. I called my attorney &she emailed me verification. I then emailed Brookwood everything my attorney sent me. Even though I have a clean slate, I owe no one any money, the manger still said no because I have a negative rental history due to my eviction. Nevermind what they previously told me. This has been over a month ago & I they still have not refunded me my $100 hold fee.

Although I’m sure everyone in the office is great McKenzie has been the one helping me since day 1! 6 months into my lease and she is till the person I can bring any question or concern too and she does her best to help with everything!

I am so very thankful to Brookwood Apartments. I have a beautiful home , the office staff and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and friendly! It is extremely important to me that I feel safe in my home and at Brookwood I feel just that ! Their location is convenient as it is maybe 2 min south of 465 ! Many amenities & constant giveaways , what more could you ask for ?!
