I’d give them 0 stars if I could. - bogus trash service they charge you $45 a month for it. You can’t opt out either. They *may* take your trash after several days of it sitting there. Btw everyone gets charged this, and they have well over 100 units. Do the math :) - btw, there are dumpsters literally at every apartment building. They charge you for that too. - office is terrible at being present during their “open hours.” I Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been redirected when calling and spoke to some random office on Indy that has no idea what’s going on. - when I went to their office physically, they always have a “we are on break, we will be back at x time” and they are never there. -when I finally do get someone, they have total disregard of your issue and blame everyone else. - they will not act on any complaints. My whole building complained about a certain unit due to abusive/physical altercations that we could all hear and with multiple police calls and complaints. 8 months of this and no evictions were issued. - I haven’t been able to access my mail for 3-4 months at this time of writing. They say they will issue a mailbox key in the lease but have absolutely no issue not providing you with one and blame everyone else. - maintenance is a joke and expect your AC to die or your thermostat to be broken and pay outrageous fees. Overall, be careful what you sign up for. Avery Points may present themselves as accommodating, but they have vast amounts of bogus fees and terrible customer service.

This community is bottom of the barrel. From the paint stains left Allen over the floors. To the bath tub that squeaks every time you make a move. To the air conditioning that just stops working whenever it feels like it to the phony trash service. These apartments are so old that you can’t walk through them without hearing a squeaking noise. They are out of date and have done nothing to make them more modern but are charging way too much money as if they are luxury (when they are far from that) I’ve been living here for 2 months and I STILL do not have a mailbox key. Anytime I want to check my mail I have to go to the post office 🙄 the leasing staff are very quick to brush you off and send you on your way with mediocre information. The pool is dirty but is always closed for cleaning and when it’s finally open it’s STILL Has so many dead bugs and debris. They really do the bare minimum here. The backsplash in the kitchen and the countertops are atrocious. I hate I had to put one star. Overall 0/10 would not recommend

Do not recommend. I have been without AC for 3 days now, the hottest time of the year. They bring 1 little bitty portable ac unit for a 2 bedroom townhome then tell me they would be here Saturday to fix it, no one ever came so I call back and they tell me the ac people canceled because it was supposed to rain. What a crock!!!! So now that means AT LEAST 2 more days without ac! But they will expect my rent to be paid on time. Don’t waste your time or money here!!!! The office staff is no help either giving vague answers but I guarantee they would have their ac fixed immediately if it was their apartment! And don’t send an automated response saying reach out to you if there is anything you can do to help because that is just for show to portray you will really do something which you won’t!

They have overcharged me on rent TWICE by hundreds of dollars via my auto withdraw. They never answer their office phones. There are consistently police in the complex due to disturbances or warrants. You can sit in your apartment at night and hear gunshots. Crime is on the rise in the area. Maintenance has always been responsive to me.
