I moved in here 10 days after my son was killed and I moved over here because it seemed like a nice quiet place to stay.....I've been here going on 7 years and I am so disappointed.....my freezer is not freezing my food my air is not working....my apartment is 88degrees and I have asthma and I've had 3attacks since yesterday.....these apartments are going down and it's really a shame..... will definitely be looking for a place to go

Good location and the apartments are decent in size, free gym access is nice although the selection of weights and equipment is extremely low it’s way better than nothing. The pool is really nice although I’ve never gone in they always have a life guard for little kids and I like that a lot. The main issue has to be the cleanliness of the shared living areas. Since living here our shared laundry room has never been cleaned and our hallway carpet (also shared) has been cleaned once. They have said on previous reviews that they are cleaned 3x a month but that is not true whatsoever. The door to my apartment building has been broken for about 6 months and nothing has been done. I want to like living here but I’m reminded every time I leave my apartment that we aren’t really being taken care of that well. I would love to see that changed. Edit: forgot to add that the staff is generally very helpful and good at getting back to you with issues you have.

Location is great and I always had a good experience dealing with staff. However, I really would not recommend to anyone unless you enjoy living with 2nd hand smoke. I had at least 2 in my building that blatantly smoked in their units and it was constantly in my apartment. I feel sorry for whoever moves into my unit when I leave...

Do NOT live here. We are so ready to move from this trashy place The absolute worst place I have ever lived. -We have been with a broken dishwasher for over 4 weeks now. We were told it would get fixed by a certain day and it never happened. -We have had 3 large leaks where they had to come in and open the ceiling, then leave a mess on our floor. -The place has water damage and reeks of mildew -Washer/dryer is $4 a load -We were told there is radon- they came to test, and we never heard back on the results of the tests -Rent keeps increasing, yet they continue to offer cheap appliances that don’t work and take forever to get fixed. -After the big snow storm- we are on day 4 with no shoveling of the sidewalks or walkways. -There are fees included in rent of services that we do not use, and when asked if they could be removed we were told no -We have at least 2 work orders a month to maintenance -There is trash all over the place- couches outside the dumpsters every week Everyday we grow less fond of living here and plan to leave as soon as we can. Overall, it is a low budget, garbage place to live. I have tried emailing management about our issues and they do not respond! The responses to these comments are not sincere.
