Is this a good hospital to have surgery of any kind. Reviews don't look good at all

Any University of Maryland entity is a good place. I've never had surgery there, but I have downtown which is University of Md as well.

It was also ranked as High-Performing in eight procedures and conditions: lung cancer surgery, colon cancer surgery, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, heart attack, heart failure, kidney failure and stroke.
