Richard was phenomena💯💯💯💯! My truck was leaking oil from somewhere. Cody was my service advisor, but Richard had to take over. From the moment he took over, he called and gave me updates and even told me about services that I didn't know I had to do on my truck. Thank you to the Tate Jeep service team for keeping me safe. Thank you to Richard especially for stepping in. I will be back for routine maintenance and I only want to deal with Richard or Cody!

Bad sales person and horrible manager, go else where. I am in the market for a new vehicle. I went to Tate Jeep in Glen Burnie, I just wanted to look around and see the different vehicles since there was a large inventory. I was met immediately by a sales guy. He was pushy from the get go and his cologne was oppressive. I said I would just like to walk around with my girlfriend and look at the vehicles. The guy said I am going to follow you around. The cologne was so oppressive I could smell him from more than 6ft way. I asked to look at the alone and he said no. I asked to see the manager and he went in and was talking to the manager and was taking his time. The manager did not even get up or move. No interest in talking to me. I when in because I want to say I just wanted to walk around and look at vehicles alone and without the oppressive cologne. The manager said it was private property so I said I will leave and post. I went to Several other dealerships and was allowed to look on my own and treated really nice. I recommend Bob Bell or JBA for a good sells team that is friendly and respectful. I will not go to any Tate dealership at this point.

Would you have any pictures of rams that have been lifted etc?
They aren't jerks. Call and ask for Russell Macy. He will get it straight. I am sorry you are having a problem. He will get it right.
I'd call the service dept and ask them
Bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T from them and 6 months later, starts hesitating real bad, barely idles, check engine light comes on and a burning smell. Took it in, they replaced the cylinder head and ECU. Good for a year, did it again. Now they say they can't figure it out. Apparently this is a HUGE problem with the 3.7s. Dodge knows about it and won't do a recall. They're waiting till all the ext. warranties run out, then they can charge you because you'll have to pay. Luckily mine still has the ext warranty but its gonna get sold. No more Dodges in this family.
