It's a simple, low priced gym with everything you need. Treadmills, tons of free weights, and the basic machines. There's a bathroom and changing rooms; no showers but I always go home and shower after the gym anyways. Plus you can't beat $8/month.

. Amazing programming, coaches and sense of community- a second home to many of its members!

The business model is 100% communication contactless. I know it's only 7 bucks a month but there is no phone number or email address on the website. How does a member cancel their membership?? If you take money, you should take a phone call or email.

Swipe a debit or credit card at the door to enter and take a free 15-minute tour. Then, if you decide to join, fill out a membership form at the desk. Then you’re instantly a member and you’ll receive an access card in the mail. Continue to use the same debit/credit card to enter until you receive your access card.

You can call or text 800-873-9617... but if you’ve already reached out and left a message, then your request was probably already processed. You shouldn’t have been billed on 1/15/2020.

It really depends on the day and the time...I usually go around 630/7p and it can get pretty busy with the after work crowd but seems to clear up a bit around 8p or so most days

Tom Busch | Sep 30, 2018

No yearly contract but a 29.99 yearly fee. 7.95 a month. Not sure about family discounts. You can swipe a credit card to go in for a free 15 minute tour. As long as you swipe out within 15 minutes when you leave there is no charge. Application and info by the door when you go in.
