You can call or text 800-873-9617... but if you’ve already reached out and left a message, then your request was probably already processed. You shouldn’t have been billed on 1/15/2020.
They are pretty slow about returning calls but I am pretty sure there is a number to text about cancelling. If you go in it should be right by the front door at their little desk. Good luck
