Why is the service department so bad? My "New" Promaster was delivered with zero gas and the tire light on. I took it back for a safety recall, they never called when it was finished. Bad management, or are they just jerks?

They aren't jerks. Call and ask for Russell Macy. He will get it straight. I am sorry you are having a problem. He will get it right.

I've always had good experiences there, they don't sell me what I don't need. Been buying vehicles there and having service performed for almost 20 years. Perhaps just in a New Years Eve rush.

They are usually very prompt. At least you did not have to wait two weeks for an Appt.
