Bought a certified used car from them a little over 3 years ago. Went to go trade in my car a couple weeks ago and they tell me that they'll only give me a said amount because my transmission was going up in my car. I told then okay but it's certified that I bought here so can you fix the transmission because that's covered under it. The sales guy refused and kept telling me it was not covered under it and that my certified warranty was up. My car only had 84000 miles on it. I will never ever go here again and my whole family and in laws buy cars from them. They all said after that they never will! Horrible place and horrible customer service

Even tho my check engine light came on two days later after buying the 2016 Ford Explorer I will still give them 5 stars because Brice is an excellent sale man and the finance manager Robbie was cool 😎 and chill person to talk to and helpful. Will be dropping the car off tomorrow morning to get fix
