They 2 hours early after narrowing the window, my wife left the house for 20 minutes and missed the tech. They didn't even call I got a text message which I didn't notice until it was too late. Sears wouldnt send tech back out instead gave us a new date two weeks out. They have lost my business especially since they said they would expedite then since my wife keeps diabetic medical supplies in this broken 4-year-old Kenmore Elite refrigerator. They didn't even attempt to expedite it or try to fit me in a day or two later. Hours and hours on the phone and it seems like nobody can give us a reasonable date.

It took 4 visits by 3 different technicians over 3 weeks to fix the problem. 5 different parts were replaced. We had to use a local laundry mat for that 3 weeks. At the end of the 3 weeks the technicians 'gave up' and we demanded a new washing machine. Then out of the blue we receive in the mail a 6th part and it worked. Apparently there is a TRAINING issue either with the trainer or the trainee. The new parts were labeled with "600 Series", but the one part that finally worked was labeled with "600s Series" (with the "s" suffix). Now I have to ship back all of the other parts. What a mess. At least the machine now works.

Fridge has been down since my first call on May 6 22. The customer service department dances around questions with nothings accomplished. My service tech was canceled twice because the part had not arrived. When the part arrived after 6 weeks took another 10 days to schedule another appointment. Sears canceled again, rescheduled for 3 days later. There is no manager/supervisor to speak to. Sears Corp does not return calls. Oh BTW I have the Plantium Maintenance Agreement.
