If for example, you take their shuttle to the airport and are gone for a few days and then return, most hotels will allow you to leave your vehicle. There's usually a small charge, but it's much less than parking at the airport for a few days. You have to make the arrangements when you make your reservations.
I would ask, most hotels will not allow cars from those not staying to be parked. Might come back and find your car has been towed
