Tracy was one of the front desk employees and she was excellent. My husband and I were here for the weekend, we asked for a restaurant recommendation and Tracy kept looking until she found us a place that did not disappoint. We truly appreciated her going the extra mile for us. The room was clean and modern, the housekeeping staff was friendly and responsive to direct requests. This rating would have been a 5, but surface parking was very limited.

As a weekly business traveler, I’m picky. This hotel was excellent for the price I paid. I had a nice one bedroom suite on the 5th floor. 524. Good location! I will say that the airplanes are a little loud. I stay in airport hotels all the time. The windows aren’t soundproofed here like a lot of other airport hotels.

Paid $210 to stay at this hotel, got into the room and it was 80° in there.. found a stain on our sheets, and in the morning when we left we found cat food in the bathroom!!! This is supposed to be a pet FREE hotel and we chose that for a reason considering my boyfriend is allergic to cats… Told the front desk about the issue, they were nice about it, gave us the general manager’s email. I emailed him the day we checked out, it’s been a week and still haven’t heard anything from him.. I called the hotel and they said he has been “super busy, but would get ahold of us”. Haven’t heard a thing. Extremely disappointed with the customer service from the manager. Even acknowledging our email would have been sufficient for us. Won’t stay here again.

Positive: This hotel was literally across the street from the Mall of America. It's perfect for the incredibly reasonable price. And, they have a great happy hour in the lobby lounge. I missed it, but it looked great. Negative: I couldn't figure out the thermostat in the room. Our room was either too warm or chilly. I am sure I could have called and asked for help.
