I have never in my life met hostesses so uninterested in hosting! My party of 3 had to wait for the hostess to finish her text conversation before we were acknowledged. I was then handed a menu and told to find a table in the back. Our waitress was super nice and the food was descent, but the "face" of the restaurant needs a serious attitude adjustment

When we arrived, it was a little after 11am. Not too busy. The staff was all sitting at a table in the corner (5 total). A manager was talking off to the side. Took over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Food came out warm but not hot and fresh. Then our waiter didn’t come back until 10 minutes after we finished eating. He was too glued to his phone at the table in the bar. Never got a second drink because he didn’t even offer. I wouldn’t McEnroe went anywhere else and waited. Maybe I would’ve got some service… You guys are a joke.

So.. Let me get this right. I walked in sub 20 degree weather and 30 mph gusts to the Mall from my hotel because Google said y'all close at 9. I get to the Mall, and the Mall directory said y'all close at 9. It was 7:45... During March Madness.. on a SATURDAY during the games.. and y'all were closing? What time did you shut down the dining room to have it completely empty at 7:45? Insanely disappointing. There were people everywhere, every other restaurant was busy, so I don't get it. I ended up having a great meal and enjoyed the game elsewhere, but I really just wanted wings.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a experience at a restaurant as bad as the one tonight!! The staff attitude was awful except the manager and the new server. It was the servers first night and she did wonderful. It started off with us being told a hour wait, didn’t receive a text after that so we went and asked how much longer, the host told us 60 more minutes because they weren’t allowing anyone to sit due to being short staffed, which is understandable if that was the case. However asked to speak to the manager he said it was because they had received a lot of online orders and he could sit us in 15 minutes. We had a large group so me and 2 others arrived first and placed our 3 orders, took more then 30 minutes to get it, I’m which the items came out cold and not accurate. the others arrived and orders were placed, took more then a hour to receive those, completely empty house, apps came out 20 minutes after entrees and bar drinks took forever also ! We arrived at 6:15 and didn’t leave until after 9 due to how long they were taking! I ended up losing my scooter rental deposit that I rented from the mall due to them taking forever ! As we were paying for our food the bigger, lighter African American cook had his pants sagging to the floor, walking around talking about selling 100$ bags of drugs, maybe if he was more focused on cooking our food would have been done correctly and the host was dancing around ignoring us also while eating a burger. While we were waiting for receipts the restaurant instantly turned into an employee after hours club as the employee were playing very loud vugular music and rapping and dancing along, the manager just apologized and seemed like he had no control of his staff! Absolutely disgusting! Wish I could give no stars

Maybe they need more employees
I read that yes they had some specials for Super Bowl weekend. You'd have to check the stores website to verify what day are.
