Not 1 single employee acknowledged my presence in 3 different departments. Womens Plus section was crowded with garments, and hard to move thru and the sales racks were a messy disaster.

We were able to find what we needed. The sales associate that rang us up was very sweet and friendly. He also applied coupons to get us a great deal on our purchase which was awesome. I love when the sales associate shows you care without asking. I will be looking for him again as he was very kind and pleasant.

Macy's has a wide variety of merchandise, which can be priced on the high side. However, it is not too difficult to find items on sale. We shopped the young men's department today and noticed the lack of cleanliness. Handrails of escalator were filthy, gum and dirty splotches on the floor, etc.

In the parking ramp you can park in Hawaii on the second floor and take the skyway right into Macy's.
You can't and if you do, it may limit the ability to return it. You can go to any Macy's to have them remove it and be sure to mention that you would like a discount for your trouble.
