Great service! Great staff! Clean rooms! What can I say, this is by far the best customer service I have experienced in a really long time! I am well traveled but when you are on the 55th floor at a luxury hotel in Vegas, it comes with great customer service because everyone in the building knows who you are. That service is nothing like entering a hotel, no one knows who you are and you experience an exceptional customer service! My family were visiting from Canada, they booked a hotel while in Canada but when they got here, it was horrible. We drove around to look for other hotels and found this hotel. We barely stepped foot into the lobby when Jon greeted us, he was kind, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and quick with service. Within 10 minutes, my brother and his family were booked for their 12 days stay. This less than 15 minutes encounter with Jon more than made-up for the first 3 days at the other place. The doors are secured, the breakfast is fresh, and all other staff members have been courteous and helpful as well. It's been a week so far and the service is still the same, that's consistency! Lots of choices in Bloomington but save your time looking and just head to this property.

Very friendly staff especially one of the ladies at front desk, wish I'd caught her name. Our room was super clean and fully equipped kitchenette! There was a very nice continental breakfast spread in the morning (with fresh fruits). We were able to walk from here to Mall of America pretty easily. There's a really nice gym here which I took full advantage of and basically got to use all to myself since there was nobody in there 2 of the 3 times I went to use! 😀

Two bedroom suite, terrific beds. One minor complaint which not much can be done about, the 2 bedroom still has only one bath. It can be a little busy with multiple ppl getting ready in the morning. Good breakfast selection, hotel is very clean and new. Friendly people on the desk and an excellent location, close to the airport and Mall of America and all the shopping Bloomington offers

Rooms are very noisy. I stay in hotel rooms 10 to 15 nights per month for work and these are some of the thinnest walls and floors I've ever experienced. I could clearly hear people conversing in the adjacent room and every step people took in the room above. Another negative is the slow and unreliable WiFi. Other than that it is a nice, clean property with friendly staff, but if your primary goal is a quiet night of sleep it probably isn't the best choice.
