This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. I love the atmosphere and the staff are great. This last stay there were a few too many kids running around for my taste, but usually it’s a super relaxing spot to stay. I love that the hotel has its own kind of personality.

Positive: Cleanliness. Negative: Our view was looking atthe lower buildings roof which was dirty from nature's elements. Since our visit was during 4 of July it would have been nice to have had the lake side view and see the fireworks. Maybe that side was reserved for direct reservations

Clean and comfortable. Ice makers were not on each floor, but the 6th not turned on or out of order. Wonderful staff, Betty at Reception/ Check in was very helpful and nice. Views not great as where we stayed over looking the lower buildings and lot, but likely others are better. Would stay again.

The first time i stayed here it was great. Hospitality was awesome. Place was clean amd inviting. The last time i stayed here everything felt a little off. Room seemed less cared for. We had reservations for two adults but towels and coffee for one. Dirty glasses in the hallway for 3 days. The same dirty glasses. Great location if you need access to the western suburbs.
