I have given this place chance after chance to get a pizza order out in time, but it constantly fails to do so. As of this post, I’m currently at the 40 minute mark for a pizza that still says “Prepping.” It’s clear that the management at this place has some kind of issue, especially comparing it to the other reviews here. It honestly isn’t worth the time. This place hits and misses so constantly, it’s truly a gamble on whether you get a pizza on time and hot, or a pizza an hour past it’s estimated delivery time and cold.

Normally we love dominos but this time it was a disaster! Got home the first time and my pizza that was supposed to have extra steak, it had none and had to go back up there because no one would answer the phone and this is the pizza they remade for me after offering to just make some steak for me to throw on to the one they messed up. Not to mention the pizzas were supposed to be hand tossed and the crust was as thin as paper.

Food is good. Service is not! I order online ahead if time and they give an estimated time (10 minute window) The last several times, it has been much longer than that! :( Ordering 1 pizza on a weeknight should not take over an hour for pickup!!! Still waiting! My Dominos Tracker still says "Prep" 56 minutes after my order was placed! ugh! Tried calling the store to cancel my order, but they don't answer.

Dunno what happened, but this particular shop went downhill over the past six months. The last time I ordered delivery, the ETA was set to simply "today" leaving me with no idea when my food would turn up. I decided to do pick up only after that, unfortunately, when I ordered pick up, they not only refused to give us the jalapeno bread we ordered and pre-paid for, my nephew was left to wait over a half an hour after our order was supposed to be done, where he witnessed the manager berate an overwhelmed staff but refuse to help andwatched people recieve, open, and then return the wrong orders, which were then served to other people,. So unfortunately, w will no longer order from here. Hopefully they decide to pay better and are able to keep better management in the future. For now, beware!
