This is not a Dunkin. It's a coffee pot and a box of donuts. Don't stop here.
Jennifer Peterson
Coffee was meh but we went there for the Ghost pepper donuts and ended up with pretty good breakfast sandwiches and service too!!

We went to the Eagan location early on a Sunday. We loved their Turkey sausage- egg sandwiches. My small coffee was not placed on the counter. Reason- they were making new coffee. Did they tell me, No! Later, Two cookies were advertised as $1.19. When my wife tried to buy the advertised special it was charged at $1.69. My wife questioned it and the cashier went to get the person in charge. They both reviewed the cash register and then failed to convey anything. She came back to me and said you won't believe this. To survive their new investment, the owners better train and empower their staff. Apparently the cash register and signs differed. Meanwhile customers were coming in and rather than deal with us they never asked what they can do. The price was never determined. We were never serviced re- the cookies, and they offered no explanation. We asked and paid for a coffee refill and when she asked if they came up with an answer on the cookies she was told. She said, "I guess we will have to change the price of the lighted sign." Service poor, no follow up with great food and coffee dropped the review 2 points minimum.

On Saturday November 3rd at 1030 am, there were no more than 6 people in line. The lady in front of me ordered only a shot of espresso and I a large vanilla iced coffee. After the third attempt on getting my order right, I was waiting for over 20 min. Meanwhile the employees were chattering amongst themselves, making their own drinks and drinking them while making customers orders as well. Unsanitary, irresponsible, unprofessional and unacceptable. Bring your own coffee.

Can one just stop by take the kids bowlin
is the pool open this year april 2021
Check their website.
Most likely the call was made during there most busy hours. 4:00 - 5:00. If not most likely just really busy. The book up fast. Keep trying its worth it.
This place is no longer open for public. Access only with the overpriced hotelrooms
My entire family enjoyed it, it was a bit of a bummer that there weren't any hot tubs but they quickly got over that.
You can get more passes, they will add an extra fee.
Yes, there is plenty of fun things a 4 year old can do
Yes, and fun for all ages. Personally the top floor body slide is too scary for me but my 11 year old loves it. My four year old loved the family ride and even joined her sister on some tube slides. I think the rides are awesome.
No. The lazy river and wave pool were warm. The kids pool and the basketball pool were cold id avoid those
9am to 8pm
The facility itself is opening in November of 2017 sometime. It will not be open to the general public anymore.
Official check in is 4pm but you can get there at 1pm for your wristbands and play in the water till your room is ready.
9am to 9pm
It should be fine. There is one place that might be tight over by the merchandise stand though.
It's about $220-$320/night. Depending on the type of room and the packages you buy.
Never seemed to be an issue when we went several times a year
Groupons is the he only way
Correct, you need a reservation with Great Wolf Lodge to use the water park. Great Wolf Lodge now owns this location.
They have restaurants and a Dunkin' Donuts, but no free continental buffet. Great Wolf is really close to an IHOP and IKEA. For example my family the first day of a week-long visit went to IHOP and as a family of four paid $70 with gratuity for breakfast. The next day we went to IKEA and paid $28 for four people and could've had seconds and it would still be less than $70.
No. In order to use the water park you need to book a room.
It's open 7 days a week. We stayed there from a Sunday to Thursday.
No
The cost is covered in the room fee. This is exclusive to the guests.
Scheduled to open in November of 2017.
It is closed till sometime in November 2017. Or so I am told that's when we will finish remodeling it. Try googling Great wolf lodge that is the new owner.
The facility is closed for renovations. It will reopen as a Great Wolf Lodge and will not be open to the public.
Yes
Check the Q&A on the website -- I believe it was 21.
Passes are included with your stay. If you don't want to swim you would probably be better off at another hotel.
Most all of there standard sleeps 6...you can go on Groupon...
Yes. just make sure you tell them how many people are staying in the room and plan on joining you
I just had a queen with 4 bunks for 160. Bunks separate from the queen bed.
Parking really does suck. I would check in and then you can use your wrist band to go through a side entrance across from valet instead of walking in the cold around to the front of the building.... but you have to walk to the 2nd floor and then can take the elevator. Your other option is to snag a luggage cart and walk around.
All are open if available . You can also check website for reservation
Scattered across two floors of the hotel...
Thier best pricing is to actually rent a room and enjoy the whole experience
No only guest of the hotel can use the pool. Hotel guest can also buy extra passes, but only as many as the number of people staying in the room. So 3 room guest can buy 3 extra passes.
No day passes. You have to book a room. Then you can add on companion passes if you have others visiting for the day
Hi! You'd have to call for the summer prices! But yes the water park is included!
Yes, you have to stay there to use water park
Yes you have to stay to use the water park. They do have groupon coupons for some money off.
It howls to signal when the waves will start. If you didn't like it you could have just asked for a room not by the water park. Or go to the great QUIET water park. (Smh)
Yes, it's $100
Admission is included for guests of the hotel. If you're not staying at the hotel, you can buy wrist bands.
Only at off-peak times
Yes Y Can Host Party's There!!!!!!!\;-)
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11 am but you are able to do a late check out for 2pm like for 50 dollars more
Kids massage is about $30
Infants under 1 do not need a pass. Water park passes included with room.
Not sure we ordered out we wasn't to happy with the food selection but plenty of pizza places in the area that deliver i hope this helps.
Yes you can.
There's a shuttle but I had to call the property in advance.
What water parks have you been going to where the toilets dont have stalls?
They have private Cabanas for rent
Yes, the hotel has a shuttle service
We went during the week and there wasn't that many kids there
A couple weeks ago we only paid $150/night, which included our park passes.
If you order in advance online, you may find a reasonable price
10am to 8 pm i believe
It's usually closed by end of September
Plan on 500 for the best experience
In Minnesota it is MSP
Yes, you can get them wrist bands.
Depends on when you book and where.
9 on weekdays 10 on weekends which is kind of funny because they told me they close at 10 everyday so I booked a room got to swim for like an hour then they kick me out and my family too.
It depends on whether you plan to stay at hotel. Waterpark is included in room rate, which varies on room type...about $300.
You have to stay at the hotel in order to get into the water park. Prices depends on the room type you gett or if you got a deal online mainly but if you book I beleive 60 days in advance they will give you up to 50% off .
You have to book a room to use the water park.
It's 10pm on the weekends. We just came back last week. It was awesome. During the week it was 9pm.
No the whole water park is inside the hotel. The water temp is great. Its nice as you dont have to worry about your kiddos getting sunburnt
Thanks.. I know they can't charge extra but just need to make sure that we have the right papers thanx
Day passes no longer exist. They have switched from Waterpark of America to Great Wolf Lodge. You now need a hotel reservation to use the water park.
They have a "spa" for kids, but I didn't see one specifically for adults when I went.
Extra bummer considering that the pool area is not exactly what you wold expect from great wolf lodge.
Bud light, Coors light, and a bunch of homemade beers
Supposed to close at 11. May close early if none is in there. Not all the bartenders are very knowledgeable.
Fact: You can't get a water park pass without being a resort guest. Hotel book first then water play follows.
I thought kids area water was warmer then the other areas of the water park.
The pool opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. If your room isn't ready that early they will hold your things while you are in pool area.
Agreed with all of the above. Depending on how busy they are check in is flexible. During spring break however we had friends who were waiting for rooms till 3 or 4.
Before the Great Wolf Lodge bought it, people could buy a day pass and it was very crowded. Now, you have to have a room in the hotel to use the water park.
No there is not indoor or covered parking. Parking is located on the east and north sides of the building.
Yea, their water park and hotel front is strictly indoors. Weather is not a factor, although when it's -30 outside those tube slides can get a little chilly.
You have to get a room and my understanding for every paying adult you can buy one day pass not sure on price.
Are u surd that when u get off all the rafe slides its only 3 ft
If you are in the hotel my understanding is for every paying adult you can get one pass
You have to ret a room. It is no longer open to visitors. Only hotel guests
No
Don't waste your time or money. That place was the worst experience ever from a water park.
Dunkin donuts... a pizza place... a burger joint in the pool area...a bar... a buffet... Ben n jerry's ice cream... a souvenir/clothes store.
I think so! I think it also depends on the age of your kids. You have access to the waterpark at 1 the day of check-in( check-in isn't guaranteed until 4) which is fine though. They have lockers for $15 All day rental...i chanced itand just set my stuff at a table. There is so much to do aside from the waterpark, that costs extra money. We didn't see the need for that. We stayed 1 night and you have full access to waterpark the day of checkout until close. Which its great. I would recommend bring snacks for your room because food does get pricey. We bought the $16 souvenir cup that you get free soda refills on. Note you can only refill at certain locations and i don't think the first one opens until 10am in the waterpark. But we got a large sausage pizza, half spaghetti and half salad for $36 for us and it was more than enough food and quality was decent. Our room for one nights with fees was $275 and that was a Mon. night. This hotel is REALLY clean so def this one over another locat
I think since they sold to Great Wolf Lodge you have to book a room in order to use the waterpark now.
You need to be a guest, but as a guest you can get additional passes beyond the number of people in your room.
They just opened and there is a low wage laborer shortage in MN. They are understaffed. The place is run by a lot of young people with not much work experience
Nothing is free. Expect to pay for everything and 30% more
The water park is open from 10am to 8pm. Other attractions, including Magi quest is open until 10pm.
9am-8pm, you can get your passes by 1pm the day of your arrival and then you can stay until close the next day. (check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am)
Call them and ask
Yes, check the website
The Great Wolf Lodge website is the place to look for room prices, since prices change.
There are Adult activities. The arcade is 24hrs as well as bowling. The hotel has two bars and the water park is open to adults as well. Rock wall climbing and a ropes course.
For the soft opening i went to they closed at 7. I would call and ask though because I would guess they have extended those hiurs since opening
Water Park of America is closed. It is now a Great Wolf Lodge. You have to stay there to use the water park.
Yes, and you can order in!
The park is closed for renovations. Once they reopen it will open up as a Great Wolf Lodge. They don't sell day passes and you must be a registered guest of theirs to use the water park.
