The people were not helpful. When I asked questioned they wouldn’t give a direct answer. They weren’t honest. They cut my puppies hair EXACTLY how I asked them NOT to. They didn’t do the complete proper cut and still charged me the same. The cut was all choppy and uneven. COMPLETE DISASTER!!

Lets take a stroll through the store before I get to the meat and potatoes of my review. The store is tidy and well stocked and appointed. The employees are cordial and willing to help when you can find them. The cashiers are friendly and eager to assist. The Veterinarian is my only complaint about the services provided a Petco. There seems to be an ego issue where he feels he's too important to speak to pet owners directly so he sends his competent minions to discuss the condition and diagnosis of the pet. Which brings me to the point of this review. I've been bringing my Staffordshire here for about a year and a half for puppy-pedicures. Groomer Joanna was Calypso's groomer from day one. Every monday morning my dog knows we are going to see Joanna and is excited beyond belief. She loves and cares for my pup as much as I do and it shows. Joanna is superb! Conversely, I don't know why Petco insists on hiring people who cannot converse with customers on a basic level of English proficiency but there are quite a few. On one instance my dog was favoring a sore hind leg and I tried to communicate that fact to the attendee. She said si si si yo comprendo and then proceeded on yanking my dogs sore leg to the side in order to cut her nails. I won't let anyone tend to Calypso again. If Joanna is off, I'll bring Calypso back when Joanna is there.

The same as most...social distancing markers on the floor...grooming only allows one customer in at a time...dividers at the cashier...sanitizer available as you come in and masks are required.
This one does .
Don't know what aquarium you are speaking of but typically one fish per gallon
They do not sell farm animals.. cat adoptions, small animals, birds, reptiles and fish
Huh
I believe they have bunnies - no idea on the price, sorry. I know Pet Supermarket just down the street sells them as well.
Not usually. I believe they hold special adoption events from time to time but they don't sell puppies as the norm.
