I had friends visiting from out of town. They got a beautiful suite up towards the top for a decent price. Room was very cool. A couple of pieces of furniture were in rough shape. Also we recognized them as recycled pieces from the Radisson downtown Minneapolis. I'm not sure about service as I saw only the parking guys. I would never stay there personally but again, the interior and room were lovely

Overall an okay experience. For a hotel inside the mall you'd expect more. The rooms were average. The breakfast area is a dine in and menu kind of service. On top of hotel fee you have to purchase breakfast as well. Overall, stayed for daughters birthday to spend day in mall of America but I wouldn't have this be my first option to stay next time. Front desk ans shuttle driver great service. Good people who work here but the hotel itself isn't a top notch like I assumed or expected. It wasn't bad either just like any hotel you can stay in for a lot less.

I had a great time at the hotel, the location was great, being attached to the mall and all. The staff was very friendly and nice. My only issue was the upkeep. Upon entering my hotel room the shower looked like it hadn’t been clean in about a month, all of the mirrors had smudge marks and residue. I wish the cleaning staff would pay a little more detail to the smaller details, I feel like that would also be able to elevate the experience so much more.

We came with our son for spring break. The lobby is so cool and comfy. The rooms were fun and funky. The bed was a little firm for me but the pillows were perfect. Note that the room service menu is on the TV along with other information. We kept looking for a book. The in- house restaurant, Firehouse Grill is so yummy. I loved that the hotel was attached to the Mall of America, it was so convenient. My only complaints are that there are not many channels to watch on TV, unless you want to pay for on demand, so we just streamed from our phone. The main chair in our room was stained with ink, a drink of some sort, and full of dirt. The rest of the room was very clean though and we spent most of our time exploring so not a big deal. The shower was a rain head with a hand attachment as well. Heaven! The pool is nice but not very big. It fills up fast and there is also no hot tub. Room service was awesome. Would definitely come again. I wish I took better pics.

Every half an hour there is a bus
Do you mean for the mall?
Yes they do, runs every 15 minutes.
During the state fair, yes there are shuttle available for $5 round trip.
You can park in the radison blu lot yourself for 18 every day or valet for 28 overnight, and lastly you can park in the mall parking in the either side just bring your vehicles info like license plate number, color, and the row and spot you parked in. Let the front desk know and they will let security know so it doesn't get towed. Hope this helps.
Yes, but you have to make reservations. No more than 20 people could be in the pool at a time.
Sorry the Radisson Blu does not have a hot tub
I think yes
They have a spa but I recommend booking before you get there. We stayed 3 days and every day was completely booked
Yes. From airport, just call front desk of hotel to get a shuttle for you.
10pm for kids 11pm for adults
There is a mirror above the sink and a nice close up makeup mirror attached on an arm next to it (only if your not too short). However, beware: there is no fan in the bathrooms that work to reduce steam which reduces fog on the mirrors. Plan to use the mirror at the desk in the room.
Noon. And your card key will not work after 12:00 noon, so you can't be even one minute late. Or you will need to go the front desk to get an extension.
Only freezing pool water.
I'm sure you can print them at the business office. I doubt the front desk offers this service.
Yes
Call them and ask them if they found your lost item
3pm, but you can often check in early or they will hold your luggage and you can shop until a room is available.
The lightrail there to/from the airport to the mall is the fastest and easiest. From the airport take the South bound Metro Blue line about six stops to the mall. From the mall, take the North bound Metro Blue line back to the airport. It costs $2 per person per trip. So only $4 total! It runs every 10-15 minutes.
Not free, but you can park at the MOA parking garage and walk through the mall to the Radisson.
Parking does not depend on the day. Day time parking in the hotel lot is free, at night it is $15 per night for self parking, and more for valet (I think $25 but could be more) BUT you can park in the MOA lot and that is free at all times, you just have to give the hotel your vehicle info so you don't get towed. It's connected right next to the hotel.
Yes. Exercise room, spa also! Everything you need is there:-)
I noticed alot of misinformation in the answers below. I stay here regularly. They in fact do have a very nice breakfast, that is higher quality than most, when you stay in a business class room that has access to the business lounge. Make sure you look closely at the details of the room you are reserving. It will be in the description. They also have an awesome evening get together time with a nice variety that easily qualifies as a small meal plus they serve alcohol as well which is included in your reservation. It is usually a few types of beer and a couple different types of wine. It's well worth it and a great variety of food and drinks.
