I had problems with my room key cards the first 2 days of my stay. I used the key to get in my room, then went to the pool and it didn't work. I got replacement cards as had access to the pool. Once I returned to my room, my keys didn't work again. My bathroom was another issue, my toilet wouldn't flush properly. Using it would just have the contents swirl without actually being flushed. It would take multiple flushes before the commode cleared. The pool area was unbearably humid, it made it hard to enjoy yourself.

This is not quality. This carpet is dirty. You definitely need socks or house shoes. We checked in and immediately headed out to Walmart. Cleaning supplies and candles. The microwave was dirty. It had a terrible smell and it was really dirty. I had to wipe the entire room down with disinfectant wipes. We sprayed the whole room down with Lysol spray.. including the linen. Wiped the toilet, sink and tub. Yes, we should have checked out but we booked through a third party and no refunds. We were here due to an emergency and the general manager was very kind to call and check on our arrival. This a highly used facility. They would benefit from more help that can focus on the details of cleaning.. especially when Covid numbers are on the rise. Would we stay again? No. The surrounding area is run down. The business that share the adjacent area need more curb appeal perhaps that would help.

My 5 days staying here was ok. It's not worth $360+ but it's still an hotel. They are still remodeling. Rooms are big and spacious but the bathrooms need to be cleaned please. The bath tub drain needs to be cleaned because it's not draining any water down. We had to clean it out. Plus with their key cards does not work like what you want it to. We had to get 3 new card keys. Bed sheets wasn't that cleaned either.

Yes just have to arrange it before you get in that day or when you make the reservation
Yes
Orbitz and Travelocity say thr minimum age is 21. Call the front desk and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. Make sure you get their name in case you have any issues at check-in.
As long as you are a guest there . It's a Wal-Mart there to you can park there .
If for example, you take their shuttle to the airport and are gone for a few days and then return, most hotels will allow you to leave your vehicle. There's usually a small charge, but it's much less than parking at the airport for a few days. You have to make the arrangements when you make your reservations.
