The hotel is so poorly kept. It’s dirty. From the breakfast common area to the carpets in the hallways - then there’s the mildew in the bathroom - in the shower and on the ceiling - rust on the bathroom door hinges- it’s gross. Beds are very uncomfortable This hotels used to be used primarily by Utes sports teams as their stationing point because you can be assured that every night of our stay there was at least four teams running the hallways if not taking over the entire breakfast area and swimming pool Hotel staff is few and the ones that are here are not helpful nor do they seem to care We booked our four day stay here with nonrefundable option but I will never one make the mistake of booking here again and number two book at an NBC suite anywhere without some sort of refundable option Oh yes and the ceiling leaked in our room so we had one whole night of listening to water drip

Nobody was at the front desk for 14 minutes. I finally chased someone down who reluctantly checked me in at 11:30 pm. I complained to Hilton (check Twitter), where they promised they would do something. But after going round and round with them, I ultimately got nothing. Their social media is trained to take it off line, so they can hide it and make potential guests believe they took care of it. Their social media claimed they helped me find a quiet place to have a meeting, while their people actually said that there weren’t any options for me. Night and day difference from what they said and what happened. Not even a free cookie or some perk. Embassy Suites is normally a great chain- I’ve stayed dozens of times all over the US. But the staff here need some help— and the social media team should help instead of sweep under the rug. I saved all the messages in case they try to pretend something else happened

This is an Embassy Suites straight from the 70s. The room was absolutely filthy. The furniture was grimy and disgusting. My knuckles are sore because I didn't want to touch anything. Half of the lights in the room either didn't work or had no light bulbs. There were some black bead-like things in the bathroom that may have been droppings from some sort of a critter. I was told by the front desk that they would not come take out the trash in our room because we were staying only 2 nights, so bags of garbage were accumulating outside the rooms. The only place we felt somewhat comfortable was in the atrium, sticky floor and all. However, there were at least 5 buckets that were catching water from leaks. My son slipped and fell on his back because one of the buckets was so full of water that the floor around it was all wet-- a serious hazard and liability issue. I could go on and on, but the final thing I will say, is to make sure you are fully clothed in your room the morning you check out because housekeeping will come in a couple of hours before checkout time without knocking. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Save your money and go to a Motel 6 where the parking is free.

Nice hotel with good space to work in the room or common areas. The free breakfast was great, with a made-to-order omelet bar. Two free drinks (beer or wine) per person per night in the bar as well. This was a convenient stop on our route heading north and we stayed an extra night because of a snowstorm. We would stay again.

Hi Kiki~ you may need to call the hotel directly.
I just checked and they advertise that they have a coin laundry.
They do not have a water park but they do have parties and rooms for events as well
