They do not have a water park but they do have parties and rooms for events as well

No waterpark...just a pool and hot tub. They do have conference rooms that you may be able to use for the birthday party.
We did my son's 15th birthday party there ask for a suite with double queens it's bigger they have like a happy hr free alcohol and snacks pool and hot tub where great

They do not have a water park but they do have a pool and hot tub. Not sure about party's but there is a large common area near the lobby where you could potentially have one. I was there over Christmas so there were people opening gifts therem
